Please be aware that Spokane Internal Medicine may not be taking new patients for all contracted insurances. 

Patient Responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify that SIM physicians and/or the service you require are covered by your insurance.  If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-pay it is expected to be paid at time of service.  For your convenience we also accept debit and credit cards.

Billing

Spokane Internal Medicine will bill your primary and secondary insurances.  Co-insurance and deductible amounts will be submitted to you in statement form for payment to our office. If there is no balance due, then a billing statement will not be generated.

 May is Osteoporosis Month
