AIMM Young Investigator Awardees
1992 and 1996, Lynn Kohlmeier

Initiated by Lynn Kohlmeier, MD, AIMM ski races have been held on the NASTAR course annually since about 1998 with all skiers being stratified according to skill level and age. Trophies and medals were awarded for each category at one of the two AIMM dinners held each year. The races have been very popular among the young and several friendships have emerged among the children of AIMM members who have skied together and competed over several years. Many have grown to adulthood and enough years have passed that even they are looking over their shoulders at the third generation of AIMM racers.
